1. Production Cycle: Meticulous Craftsmanship Ensures Quality
Speaker manufacturing requires multiple steps, including driver assembly, circuit debugging, burn-in testing, and quality inspection. While we continuously optimize our processes, the standard production cycle still takes 10-20 business days. During peak order periods, production capacity may be further strained. Placing orders in advance can effectively avoid production congestion and ensure that product craftsmanship and performance meet standards.
2. Logistics and Transportation: Sea freight is the primary method, and time constraints are important.
Due to the large size and weight of stage speakers, air freight is extremely expensive and environmentally unfriendly, making sea freight the most common shipping method. While economical, sea freight is time-consuming:
Domestic Shipping: 5-10 days from port to destination.
International Shipping: 25-40 days, depending on weather and port congestion.
Customs Clearance and Delivery: Customs inspection times vary significantly from country to country, so please allow an additional 7-15 days.
Overall, the entire process from production completion to delivery to you takes 1.5 to 2 months. If you place an order after November, it is very likely to be delayed due to shipping delays, peak season warehouse congestion or holiday customs stagnation, and miss the critical Christmas period.
