Depending on the speaker horn, voice coil, wood, coating... different. Sinbosen configures 3 versions of speakers according to different needs of customers.

1.0 Version features: 

water-based paint, oxidized magnetic horn, plywood

2.0 Version features: 

the speaker is neodymium magnet, the layer is polyurea paint coating

3.0 Version Features:

Neodymium woofer, middle, tweeter

Rigging components:high grade steel with anti-corrosion coating

Polyurea coatings, waterproof, scratch proof

FIrst grade Russian birch plywood

1. Woofer

Magnetic Oxide: Our standard configuration is the bass of Oxide Magnetic.

Neodymium magnets or imported speakers: better quality, but much more expensive.

2. The size of the speaker and the material of the board:

1) The speakers of some manufacturers are also double 10-inch, but the box is much smaller.

Small box: less wood, matching hanging parts, tin spraying area, carton and air box are also small. Thus cheaper.

2) Wood: Our line arrays are all plywood with a thickness of 18mm.

The quality of the wood also affects the sound quality.

Inexpensive woods are particleboard and MDF:

The material of particleboard is very poor, the surface looks good, but it is not, the internal organization is very loose, but the sound absorption coefficient is better.

MDF (MediumDensityFiberboard): MDF (Medium Fiberboard) for short

The structural strength of the speaker made of MDF is much better than that of particleboard, but it is very bulky. The sound absorption coefficient is worse than that of particleboard.

3. The quality of the box body spray tin:

Paint classification: polyurea, emery, water-based paint, oil-based paint, the quality is ranked from good to general.

1) Polyurea paint: waterproof and scratch-resistant（the best）

2) Emery: SA series, V932 version 3.0

3) Water-based paint for ordinary speakers: KARA version 1.0, KA210 version 1.0

4) Worst: oil-based paint, our products are useless

4. Crossover: divide the treble and bass, speaker connector: 1+ 1-

The three versions are only different in material, and the basic parameters are the same. Of course, the version with high configuration will definitely be better in terms of details and protection capabilities. But the traditional 1.0 version is also loved by many people! The basic quality can still be guaranteed!
